ORDER TRACKING

All orders will have tracking information provided with every order, however any buyer of WWW.RAGLANCANDLES.COM withholds all buyer responsibilities after the order has left our studio. For any packages that are deemed lost, stolen or damaged during delivery, the buyer will need to contact New Zealand Post directly to create a claim or raise a dispute and not WWW.RAGLANCANDLES.COM. In a case of any order that has proof of shipping via the tracking number, but the buyer is unable to locate their order WWW.RAGLANCANDLES.COM is not responsible and will not offer a credit or refund. The products covered by each contract (i.e. accepted order) are at your risk upon delivery of the order to the carrier. WWW.RAGLANCANDLES.COM cannot be held responsible for late or missing deliveries.

Any buyer at WWW.RAGLANCANDLES.COM agrees and understands that every item is handmade and that each piece will have minor bubbles and variations in colour, which are all apart of the natural process and not deemed a fault. Due to this, all items are final sale.

Any buyer at WWW.RAGLANCANDLES.COM will agree to accept the small risk that there will be a slight variation between the actual colour and design, and the representation on our website. Any returns for a product due to customer dissatisfaction with a finish (that is not a fault) will need to comply with WWW.RAGLANCANDLES.COM returns policy that all items are final sale and will only be accepted for return if the product arrives broken or damaged.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product, please send us an email at admin@raglancandles.com

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping any product of us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Free refund up to 7 days before the event. 50% refund up to 2 days before the event. 20% refund till the event.
