One of NZ's 1st Custom Candle Label Service
In January we started to develop this new service, thinking in how this new concept of ours will make your gifting experience different and unique🤍. Back in March I had the opportunity to test this service myself, gifting my husband and biz partner Josh a custom candle for our Wedding Anniversary and there was when all the hard work came to life and I was able to test myself and what a unique experience it was!✨️
That is what I want to create with you with this new Custom Candle Label Service to give not only a candle but a/an: experience, memory, moment & occasion + more.
Let the imagination fly and make your candle unique like the person you are giving this candle to.
Step 1:
You will be able to add the name of your loved one in the section 'Made for' (this will be printed in the candle sticker). Please make sure to add no more than 2 words long & leave it in the additional comments at checkout . E.g: ''Lovely Anna'', ''Granny Mary'', ''The New Home''
Step 2:
You will be able to choose from our more than 15 pre-made phrases or write your own. If you choose the last option please make sure to leave it in the additional comments at checkout. Please make sure to add no more than 4 words long.
Step 3:
You will be able to choose a pre-made scent. At Raglan Candles we associate the memories with the scents so make sure you choose the best one for your candle. Make scents right?
Step 4:
Once we've poured your custom candle this candle will come in a kraft box containing the same details as the candle + you can leave a personalized note at checkout and we will hand-written in our cute wee card.

Need some help? FAQ!
1. How much does your custom candle label service cost?
Our custom candles are priced at $55.00 NZD. They're poured into our 250g tinned candles with a burn time of 40-45 hours.
2. How long will it take once I placed my order?
This is a personalized service that will be made especially for your loved one or yourself, it will take from 3-4 business days to be ready for dispatch. So if you have a special date coming up and want to give our custom candles make sure to placed your order ahead of time.
3. What does the service include?
Apart of your new personalized candle, it will come with a kraft box that you or your recipient can recycle after + a sticker containing all the details you chose for the candle. If you wish we can add a personalized wee cute card (don't forget to leave it at checkout)
4. Can I choose another jar?
At this moment we only offer our Tinned vessels but we are working to add another option soon.
5. What is the 'Made for' section?
In this section you are going to be able to put the name of the person the candle is made for. It can be your loved one, a pet, an event or a occasion.
E.g ''My lovely Josh'', ''The New House'', ''Granny Mary''
5. Where can I leave the name for the section 'Made for'?
You can leave it at the additional comments at checkout. Please make sure to add no more than 2 words long.
6. I chose to add my own phrase, where do I write it down?
If you have chosen this option, you can leave your phrase in the additional comments at checkout, please don't forget it.
Note: please make sure to add no more than 4 words long or 23 letters.
7. I misspelled a word, can you help?
No worries, we will clean up any basic spelling/grammatical errors.
8. Return/Exchange
Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange any custom candles as they are custom made for you.

9. Do you offer wholesale custom orders?
